Am I considered a new client?
New clients who have never a guest of Cirenity Studio or it has been over 3 months since your last service.
If I get sick will I still be charged for cancelling under the required 48 hour window?
Yes. Due to the appointment based nature of our business time reserved has been removed from availability. If your artist is ill or otherwise unable to complete your service as scheduled a reschedule will be offered or a deposit refund will be issued if a mutually acceptable time isn't available.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and cash are accepted. We do not receive cash often nor do we keep change on hand. Please bring exact change for the balance and gratuity that you may wish to leave.
When is my next appointment?

Do you accept walkins or can you let me know when you get a cancellation?
